A farmer named Henry has a stand with bins and bins of all his potato varieties each summer. The market will be moving outside on Saturday mornings in May, located at the intersection of University Place and Oak Ave. If you want to catch what’s fresh in April, take a short bike ride to the Evanston Ecology center. They’ve got an indoor market through April 28.
