Marina is holding a summer squash and a large cucumber. Zucchini, squash, cauliflower, cabbage, and peppers are our most productive crops right now. The tomato plants are also weighted down with dozens of green tomatoes. Unfortunately, a significant amount of our produce has disappeared right before they are completely ripe. Remember, all of our produce is donated to the kitchens in Norris and Campus Kitchens. Volunteers at work days are welcome to take herbs and fresh veggies home, too.
