A New Year’s Resolution

Coming back to an empty fridge after break can be kinda depressing.  But this year I’m making a resolution to be more aware of the silver linings in life so–despite the initial gloom I felt upon opening my fridge–I’ve decided it is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of Chicago’s “only year-round farmers’ market,” Green City Market.  The market, which moves indoors during the winter, is located in the South Gallery of the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum and it runs from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on select Saturdays during the months of January-April.  The next one is in less than two weeks, on January 15th, so it looks like I’ll have to by some veggies and things to hold me until then:)
